Vani: For your visit back (to HK),
I heard that you want to see some of your friends again. You've already
seen Vivian Lai and ah Kit (Remus Choy Yat Kit) and me..I feel good. Who
else do you want to see?
Chris: I want to see some of
my previous co-workers from the radio station. I know some of them are
no longer working there anymore, but I would still like to see them again.
There are some people, such as Vivian Chow, that I definitely would be
seeing, because we've always kept in contact.
Vani: is Vivian still in HK?
Chris: Yes, she's still here.
Early on, she told me, "Remember to dress nicely! There's a lot of reporters
walking around the airport nowadays!"
Vani: hahaha.. but you know, she's
really weird.
Chris: In what way?
Vani: cuz she still looks exactly
the same.
Chris: that's what you call
weird??
Vani: You don't think it's weird?
She doesn't get bigger. She was already big (grown up) early on.
Chris: Where are you talking about??..hahaha
Vani:: I'm talking about her whole
look... in 1988, she was already grown up. She hasn't changed at all even
till now.
Chris: So she's forever young.
Vani: Miss Chow is looking really
good.. I saw her a few years ago once.
Chris: Then we should have
told Vivian Lai to ask Vivian Chow to be a guest at her (Vivian Lai's)
concert.
Vani: She's really amazing! Truthfully
speaking, you haven't changed much either. You and her look about the
same. Why are you looking for Vivian this time? What do you want Vivian
to help you with?
Chris: Which Vivian are you
talking about?
Vani: Of course 'Big V'. We used to
have 'Big V' and 'Little V.' 'Little V' is Vivian Lai and 'Big V' is Vivian
Chow. I heard that you have a request for her (Vivian Chow).
Chris: uhm... she's actually
my teacher.
Vani: yes, in what manner?
Chris: She taught me.....
Vani: how to apply make-up...hahaha
Chris: like ways to keep the
face looking good?..haha..I don't know that yet.. I'll learn it later...
but she's taught me how to use a computer and how to write e-mail. It's
because of her that I have e-mail.
Vani: Geez, and I thought when you
were in Canada for all those years that you were hiding at home using
e-mail to communicate w/ other people. But actually you only recently
started to use e-mail. So it seemed like you were living deep in the mountain.
Chris: I'm just like a farmer..
but I'm really interested in this. Just like what I said earlier.. I'm
the type of person who likes to live alone somewhere and that place might
be hard to reach. Even if there's no phone.. oh, wait..that won't work...
I still need a phone for calling the police..hahaha..
Vani: hahaha..
Chris: I definitely need a
phone, but even if I don't have the most up-to-date technology products
in my house, I can still live comfortably. I don't have to live in a really
high-tech surrounding. But I definitely need lots of empty space...
Vani: to run around..
Chris: yes, to run around..to
be able to exercise.. and give me an empty land so that I can plant flowers
and do some gardening. Do I sound really old?
Vani: this won't work... you should
continue w/ the computer skills that you learned recently. I heard that
Vivian (Chow) is helping you look for a low priced computer.
Chris: yes.. she knows a lot
of people
Vani: and you want a cheap computer.
Chris: yeah, I want it to be
cheap, good quality, and really fast speed..cuz I really don't like waiting...
when I have to wait, then that makes me angry, and if I get angry, I'm
going to throw the computer and damage it...haha
Vani: haha.. then please, 'Big V,'
help Chris get his PC as soon as possible.
Chris: eh, is she listening
right now?
Vani: yes, I think she's listening.
She told me she listens to this program.
Chris: Remember 'Big V'..
please..you said there would be a free gift if I buy the PC..like the
handwriting board (for writing Chinese characters).. remember to get that
for me.
Vani: how about a printer?
Chris: oh, they give those
out for free too?? She only said they give out the handwriting board.
Vani: go and see if they give out
a printer..if they don't, then go buy one.
Chris: I have nothing right
now..I'm starting from zero... so give me everything you've got..haha

Vani: this song as well as these
2 singers are forever young in the people's heart. At Vivian Lai's concert,
I saw an audience member.. backstage, I saw Vivian Chow. She's still the
same as before, and said, "Hello Vani! I haven't seen you in a long time!"..hehe..and
she was fixing her hair...hehe. She was skinnier and more fit... she looks
even younger than a few years ago... forever.. never dying (good looks)...
What's the secret to looking young? Vivian is used to living a low-key
lifestyle, so at Vivian Lai's concert, she was very low-key when entering
the audience area, and everyone didn't even discover that she was there,
including the reporters. All the reporters didn't see her. But the rarest
thing was that I was able to see Chris and Vivian again.
